Our approach to recruiting is to first search in the local of the position, expand the search regionally and if necessary, expand the search to the entire United States. Our focus is on Facilities, Construction and Real Estate professionals for hospitals.

    Rudd Executive Search utilizes multiple avenues to finding or sourcing candidates. As specialists, we have developed a network of people within our targeted area but people are always moving upward in their career, or to a new position and new people come into the field. 


    Rudd Executive search is a member of ASHE, IFMA and other related associations. We subscribe to industry publications and attend industry events to keep current on trends and to be aware of movers and shakers within the industry. 


    In addition, we utilize on-line tools including LinkedIn and other directories. We are always expanding and developing our network of professionals within the industry. Utilizing deep search strategies combined with our industry knowledge, we can find and attract people who would never respond to an ad. 

  • What is the cost to candidates?

    Employers pay our fees so the cost to our candidates is zero. 


    Rudd Executive Search does offer a free consultation to candidates within our focus market of Facilities, Construction and Real Estate for hospitals and healthcare. It takes only a few minutes to get to know each other, learn what you are looking for in your next step and see if Rudd Executive Search can help. 

  • What happens to my resume if I send it to you?

    First, be assured that your resume is considered confidential and will never be shared with anyone outside our firm without your express consent. 


    Your resume will be entered into our database. You will be contacted if your background fits a current open search. If not, you will receive and email informing you that you are now in our database. Should future searches fit your background, you will receive email and/or phone call from a headhunter. 


    When we have a position that we think you may be interested in. We will contact you and discuss your background and the open position. If we mutually decide that there is a match and you have interest, we will then ask your permission to share your resume and background information with our client, the employer. We will be in touch throughout the process to keep you informed.
